The Story

In the SI EXPERT Program ambuzzador uses the BUZZ effect in the field of human ressource management. Volksbank Strukturierte Investments (VB SI) – one of the leading issuers of structured investments in Austria – is looking for experts in the field of structured products all over Austria.

Wanted as SI EXPERTS are banking advisors who are especially successfull and / or motivated in sales of structured products. The offer for these experts is multifaceted: The main focus is on know how and sales trainings. Certified SI EXPERTS get regularly support and sponsorship in sales through and are involved in the product development process of VB SI. In return the SI EXPERTS have different tasks: One task is to support inexperienced colleagues in sales. Therefore, the SI EXPERTS answer all questions to structured products in daily business, hold product briefings periodically und regular's table which are sponsored by VB SI.

The intention of the SI EXPERT Program is to enable young and / or inexperienced banking advisors in selling structured products and to increase the speed of know-how transfer. Finally the SI EXPERT Program is a tool to increase the quality of the customer advisory service.

The SI EXPERT Program has started in May 2008 as a pilot project. As the next step the Program will be offered to all banks in the Volksbank sector in 2009.
